Our in the year 2007 new build house is located in the center of Pettneu am Arlberg and gives you a wonderful view to the Arlberg region and the surrounding mountains.
The apart Bellevue is located right at the ski bus station to St. Anton am Arlberg which you arrive in only a few minutes running time.
The ski run and the new build gondola lift for 8 persons of the family skiing area Pettneu am Arlberg is right behind our house. Right next to our house you will find the bakery, the butcher, a food store, the tourist information centre, a sport shop and various restaurants.
