Pricing Information
Our prices are per apartment and per day. Board and the local tax of 5.00 Euro per person per day are not included in the stated price.

Down payment:
As down payment we charge 30 to 40 percent of the total amount in advance, to be paid via bank transfer to our account.
Payment options:
We ask you to pay for your apartment in cash at arrival.
Arrival and departure:
- Check in from 2 p.m.
- Check out by 9 a.m.
Children:
Your children are of course very welcome. If you need a cot or a high chair, we can arrange this. Of course, we charge no additional fees for this service.
Pets:
You want to bring your pet? No problem. Just send us a quick inquiry prior to arrival.
Ski lift:
Only a hundred meters from our apartments in Pettneu am Arlberg you can easily enter the gondolas of the family ski area of Pettneu am Arlberg.
Ski bus:
A free ski bus takes you to the valley station of the ski resort St. Anton am Arlberg in just five minutes. The bus stop is directly in front of the Apart Bellevue.
Laundry service:
Bath towels and bed linen will be provided by our house free of charge. Once a week we change the towels for you free of charge.
Cancellations:
You have been looking forward to your holiday, but an unpredictable event ruins your plans? Cancellation more than three months prior to your scheduled arrival is free of charge. From three months to one month before the planned arrival, 40 percent of the total rental price is charged as a cancellation fee. Till one week before your arrival you need to pay 70% of the total cost. If you need to cancel a week before your arrival, we usually charge 90 percent of the price of the whole stay. Of course, we will strive to re-let your apartment as soon as possible so that the cost for you stays as low as possible.
